All the products you buy from us, have warranty. A product has to be in good condition and function properly when using it normally. If you have received a product with which this is not the case, we will offer you an appropriate solution as soon as possible. Depending on the product, it will be fixed or replaced by a new product. Are there costs associated with the return of my products?

Return shipments will be paid by the customer unless the return takes place due to the fault of the product. In that case, the costs are obviously at our expense. Our Customer Service will first evaluate your claim before requesting q return of the product.
